Oh, the Places You Will Go!

Stanley and I are on a mission to travel to ALL 50 STATES. We visited two new states this summer, Ohio and Indiana. Thirteen done, thirty seven more to go. We drove about nine hours to get to Ohio.We traveled with two other friends so we would get lonely during that long car ride. We went to Ohio to see a friend in the play THE WIZARD OF OZ. The play was performed in a place called La Comedia Theatre in Springboro, Ohio.The play is about a girl who lives in Kansas. A Twister comes by and takes her to this magical place called Oz. There she meets new friends and has to save the people of Oz from a Wicked Witch. She also realizes she misses home and has to find a way to return. My friend was Dorothy and she sang the song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". It was beautiful.

We spent another day in Richmond Indiana. We went on a chocolate trail. The trail took up to many different shops, bakeries, and candy stores. At each stop, we were able to try free samples of their chocolate products. My favorite stop was Squared Donuts. We had the most deliscious chocolate glazed doughnut in the entire world. My mouth is watering just thinking about those tasty doughnuts. I wish I could have brought some home with me.
